Pupils learn to analyse and use media and sources, to create quality media content and to act safely and responsibly in the information environment.<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:17px\">The programme gives an overview of how mass media came about and of the technology behind it. We find answers to these questions: why was the TV Tower built? What function does it serve today? What is Levira? How did the internet come about and what dangers does it hold? What are the features of a news item? What was the first television set like?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"tt-lead wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:17px\">The pupils then divide into groups, and each group thinks up and makes its own television news item, which is presented to the others. We film the news items with the pupils own smart devices, and the recording stays with the class as later learning material on media. At the end everyone is rewarded with the captivating view from the highest open platform in Northern Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"tt-quote wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:17px\"><strong>What makes the programme unique<\/strong>&nbsp;is that it takes place in the TV Tower, a place with genuinely working media and communications infrastructure. The programme brings together the history of broadcasting, technology and media literacy.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-bottom tt-aside is-layout-flow
