{"id":1683,"date":"2024-06-03T11:12:42","date_gmt":"2024-06-03T08:12:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tt.uptodate.ee\/flying-drones\/"},"modified":"2024-12-02T12:08:54","modified_gmt":"2024-12-02T10:08:54","slug":"flying-drones","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/teletorn.ee\/en\/flying-drones\/","title":{"rendered":"Filming, photography, drone operations,            TV tower Lighting"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div id=\"block_a524bc5b57f96df4148a56f69f26d16a\" class=\"teletorn-banner featured-image\">\n\n  \n\n    \n    \n  <style> #block_a524bc5b57f96df4148a56f69f26d16a{ background-image: url(https:\/\/teletorn.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/Troon_closeup_full_size_Tarvo-Tiivits_2024.jpg)}<\/style>  <style>@media (max-width: 800px) { #block_a524bc5b57f96df4148a56f69f26d16a{ background-image: url(https:\/\/teletorn.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/Teletorn-droonide-lennutamine.jpg)}}<\/style>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"block_b2fa8e88103fb9941fe1beb7d6938abf\" class=\"narrow-text-block with-inner-padding\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n  <div class=\"wrap \">\n    <div class=\"wrap-inner\">\n      <h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">Filming and photography<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For personal use, photography and filming at the Tallinn TV Tower are allowed free of charge (even if you hire a photographer for capturing family events) \u2013 you only need to pay the entrance fee to the TV Tower.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For commercial purposes, photography and filming are permitted only by prior arrangement with the Tallinn TV Tower based on the following price list:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">100 \u20ac \u2013 photography for 1 hour;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">230 \u20ac \u2013 filming for 1 hour.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Depending on the nature of the shoots, the following may be added to the price according to the price list:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the salary of the responsible TV Tower representative present at the shooting location;<\/li>\n<li>a privacy coefficient, which depends on the time the TV Tower is closed to visitors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Material being filmed or photographed:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">must not include advertising for alcohol or tobacco products;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">must not be political advertising;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">must not contain messages that could be perceived as discriminatory based on nationality (ethnic origin), race, skin color, religion or beliefs, age, disability, or sexual orientation;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">must not harm the reputation of the Tallinn TV Tower Foundation.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">Flying drones<\/h2>\n<p>All activities related to drones on the territory of Tallinn TV Tower must be coordinated in writing with the Tallinn TV Tower in advance. To obtain coordination, please send a relevant request indicating who, for what purpose, on what date, and at what time wishes to fly a drone on the territory of the TV Tower to the email address: <a href=\"mailto:jyri.kriisemann@teletorn.ee\">jyri.kriisemann@teletorn.ee<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The staff of the TV Tower has the right to check the coordination.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Flying over groups of people and unrelated individuals is prohibited. The person flying the drone must have the necessary competence<\/li>\n<li>Before starting the flight, it is mandatory to familiarize yourself with the current restrictions in the area.
