Traveling exhibition from Paris “Eiffel, Always Higher”

Date

18.04.2024 - 30.09.2024

The traveling exhibition from Paris “Eiffel, Always Higher” will take place at the Tallinn TV Tower from 18th April to 30th September 2024.

Did you know that this year marks the 135th birthday of one of the world’s most iconic structures, the Eiffel Tower? We offer you an extraordinary opportunity to travel back in time and discover the brilliance of engineering and technology that changed the world forever.

Gustave Eiffel, a visionary and esteemed engineer, set himself an ambitious goal in the 19th century – to create something unprecedented. From this dream emerged the Eiffel Tower, which was not just a building, but a monumental leap forward in the fields of architecture and construction technology.

It is our great honor to invite you to celebrate this venerable event! Come and take part in a historic journey, where we will discover the story of the creation of the Eiffel Tower together.

The exhibition is 100% screen-free and formatted in the most common format for engineers – 2D. The exhibition’s 12 panels are placed on different floors of the Tallinn TV Tower. Take your time, be present, and travel 50 minutes back in time to discover the engineering art that changed the world forever.

To ensure that the story of the creation of the Eiffel Tower reaches visually impaired visitors, we have also created a descriptive translation for the exhibition, which is available at the ticket counter.
