Terms and conditions for using Tallinn TV Tower e-tickets
1. General conditions
1.1. The terms and conditions for using Tallinn TV Tower (hereinafter referred to as the TV Tower) e-tickets apply when purchasing tickets for visiting the TV Tower on the TV Tower’s website.
1.2. Definitions:
1.2.1. Service provider – SA Tallinna Teletorn; registration code 90012142, address Kloostrimetsa tee 58a, 11913 Tallinn, Estonia. Phone: +372 59119335.
1.2.2. Buyer – the purchaser of the TV Tower ticket on the TV Tower’s website.
1.2.3. Website – the online environment www.teletorn.ee.
1.2.4. E-ticket – an electronic ticket (hereinafter referred to as the ticket), which grants the holder the right to enter the TV Tower under the conditions specified on the ticket.
1.2.5. Terms and conditions – the general conditions established by the TV Tower for the purchase and use of tickets.
1.2.6. Standard ticket – a ticket for a single visit to the TV Tower for an adult during the ticket’s validity period according to the conditions specified on the ticket.
1.2.7. Discount ticket – a ticket for a single visit to the TV Tower for children aged 7 to 19 years inclusive, students, teachers and pensioners during the ticket’s validity period according to the conditions specified on the ticket.
1.2.8. Annual ticket – a ticket for an unlimited number of visits to the TV Tower during its validity period according to the conditions specified on the ticket.
1.2.9. Joint ticket with the Botanic Garden – a ticket for a single visit to both the TV Tower and the Botanic Garden during the ticket’s validity period according to the conditions specified on the ticket.
1.2.10. Gift card – a ticket for a single visit to the TV Tower during its validity period according to the conditions specified on the ticket.
1.2.11. Special ticket – a ticket for special tours or events at the TV Tower for a single visit during its validity period according to the conditions specified on the ticket.
1.3. Any issues arising from the purchase of tickets must be reported via email to teletorn@teletorn.ee.
2. Purchasing tickets
2.1. When purchasing tickets, the buyer must provide their email address for single tickets and their personal identification code, first and last name, email address and phone number for annual tickets.
2.2. Before paying for the tickets, the buyer is required to check the names and quantities of the tickets added to the cart and ensure that the cart’s contents match the desired purchase. Refunds are not possible, except in the case specified in section 5.2.
2.3. Tickets or quantities incorrectly added to the cart must be cancelled if they do not match the desired purchase.
2.4. The ticket prices in the cart include VAT.
2.5. Payment for tickets is made using a credit card or bank link.
2.6. Upon successful payment, the buyer will receive a PDF ticket.
3. Receiving tickets
3.1. PDF tickets along with the invoice will be sent to the email address provided during the purchase after payment is made through the online bank.
3.2. PDF tickets can also be immediately downloaded from the website after completing the purchase.
4. Ticket validity
4.1. Purchased tickets are valid according to the conditions specified on the tickets.
4.2. A standard ticket is valid for the specified time and for a single visit.
4.3. An annual ticket is valid for 365 calendar days from the date of purchase and allows for unlimited visits.
4.4. A joint ticket with the Botanic Garden is valid under the conditions specified on it and allows for a single visit to both locations.
4.5. A gift ticket is valid for 365 calendar days from the date of purchase and allows for a single visit.
4.6. A special ticket is valid for a single visit according to the specified validity period.
5. Ticket returns
5.1. Purchased tickets cannot be returned and are non-refundable, except in the case specified in section 5.2.
5.2. Tickets will only be refunded if their use was rendered impossible due to reasons attributable to the Tallinn TV Tower. Other possible exceptional situations that prevent the timely use or change of the service will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Buyer’s rights and obligations
6.1. The buyer has the right to purchase tickets from the TV Tower’s website at the prices, validity periods and rights determined by TV Tower Foundation.
6.2. The buyer has the right to receive the tickets to the email address provided after payment.
6.3. The buyer complies with these terms and conditions.
6.4. The buyer must adhere to the TV Tower’s visitor regulations during the visit.
6.5. The buyer must refrain from interfering with the operation and technical solutions of the website. Any activities that may cause overload or disruptions to the website’s functioning are prohibited. Monitoring the use of the website and copying, using, modifying or publishing the obtained data for any purpose is prohibited.
7. TV Tower’s rights and obligations
7.1. TV Tower has the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice. The new terms and conditions will be published on the TV Tower website.
7.2. TV Tower has the right to change ticket prices according to the established price list.
7.3. TV Tower enables the use of tickets according to the rights assigned to them.
7.4. TV Tower is not responsible for any errors caused by third parties that may result in a failed money transfer.
7.5. TV Tower is not responsible for any damages resulting from tickets falling into the hands of third parties (including if tickets are received by third parties due to incorrectly entered email addresses, automatic forwarding set for the entered email address, or similar).
8. Use of personal data
8.1. By purchasing tickets, the buyer consents to the TV Tower processing their personal data.
8.2. The personal data processed are the data provided by the buyer during the purchase of tickets, as specified in section 2.1.
8.3. The processor of the buyer’s personal data is the TV Tower and the data is processed in accordance with the personal data protection regulations in force in the Republic of Estonia and the data protection conditions.
8.4. The TV Tower uses the buyer’s personal data for selling tickets and analysing statistics.
8.5. The TV Tower does not transmit the buyer’s personal data to third parties, except in cases provided by law.
8.6. The buyer has the right to withdraw consent for the processing of personal data at any time, demand the cessation of personal data processing, and request the deletion or closure of the collected personal data.
9. Final provisions
9.1. The terms and conditions come into effect between the buyer and the TV Tower at the moment the buyer provides the corresponding electronic confirmation of acceptance of the terms and conditions.
