Contact Filming and photography
For personal use, photography and filming at the Tallinn TV Tower are allowed free of charge (even if you hire a photographer for capturing family events) – you only need to pay the entrance fee to the TV Tower.
For commercial purposes, photography and filming are permitted only by prior arrangement with the Tallinn TV Tower based on the following price list:
- 100 € – photography for 1 hour;
- 230 € – filming for 1 hour.
Depending on the nature of the shoots, the following may be added to the price according to the price list:
- the salary of the responsible TV Tower representative present at the shooting location;
- a privacy coefficient, which depends on the time the TV Tower is closed to visitors.
Material being filmed or photographed:
- must not include advertising for alcohol or tobacco products;
- must not be political advertising;
- must not contain messages that could be perceived as discriminatory based on nationality (ethnic origin), race, skin color, religion or beliefs, age, disability, or sexual orientation;
- must not harm the reputation of the Tallinn TV Tower Foundation.
Flying drones
All activities related to drones on the territory of Tallinn TV Tower must be coordinated in writing with the Tallinn TV Tower in advance. To obtain coordination, please send a relevant request indicating who, for what purpose, on what date, and at what time wishes to fly a drone on the territory of the TV Tower to the email address: jyri.kriisemann@teletorn.ee.
The staff of the TV Tower has the right to check the coordination.
- Flying over groups of people and unrelated individuals is prohibited. The person flying the drone must have the necessary competence
- Before starting the flight, it is mandatory to familiarize yourself with the current restrictions in the area. Geographical areas are marked on the application intended for drone pilots, which can be found at https://utm.eans.ee/avm/
