Tallinn Bun Fest 2026 brings together the capital’s best shrove buns
For the second year, Visit Tallinn is gathering more than 40 cafés and bakeries across the city as part of Tallinn Bun Fest. The festival offers several experiences at once. Tallinn TV Tower’s café-restaurant is also one of the festival venues, where until 22 February you can buy buns on site or order them to your home or office — buns that have never been on the ground…
Our shrove buns menu:
- Jam-Filled Classic – shrove buns with whipped cream and lingonberry jam. Our team’s favorite, and the winner of first place in the Best shrove buns competition.
- Chocolate Shrovetide Buns – shrove buns with chocolate cream and lingonberry jam.
- Proud Shrovetide Buns – Blue-black-white shrove buns with lingonberry jam and whipped cream.
- Vegan Shrovetide Buns – shrove buns with plant-based whipped cream, toasted almonds and raspberry jam.
- Chicken or Egg? – shrove buns with a chicken–avocado filling.
- Fisherman’s Shrovetide Buns – shrove buns with a salmon and cream cheese filling.
If you order more than 40 buns, Tallinn TV Tower’s café-restaurant “bun taxi” will deliver them to you within Tallinn. Please send your order to restoran@teletorn.ee.
