TERMS OF RESERVATION AND USE OF PREMISES
The room booker (hereinafter the customer) is the person responsible for their activities and obliges to ensure the prudent use of the booked rooms.
The owner of the rooms to be booked is TV Tower Foundation (hereinafter TV Tower) with registry code 90012142, located at Kloostrimetsa tee 58a, Tallinn.
The terms and conditions for booking and using the rooms apply to all reservations made by the customer for TV Tower rooms regardless of the booking channel (www.teletorn.ee, via e-mail or telephone, on site).
1. Making a reservation
1.1. To book rooms via TV Tower’s website, you must first select a suitable room, fill in the information fields on the form and after your own confirmation of the validity of the data, the order will be forwarded to the TV Tower.
1.2. It is also possible to take a look at the rooms on the premises in advance by arranging a suitable meeting time on-site via email, at teletorn@teletorn.ee.
1.3. The TV Tower confirms the acceptance of reservation of the rooms submitted online via e-mail, which is sent to the e-mail address provided by the customer no later than 2 work days after the reservation is received.
1.4. Reservation of the entire TV Tower for events is possible up to 60 calendar days in advance of the date of the event. In case of later reservations, the TV Tower cannot guarantee the organization of a private event due to previously booked events.
2. Enactment of the reservation
The reservation takes effect and becomes a contract between the parties from the moment when the customer has confirmed the offer made by the TV Tower via e-mail and paid the advance invoice in the amount of 30% of the total rental sum.
3. Changing and canceling a reservation
3.1. Confirmed reservations can only be changed or canceled by e-mail. To cancel the reservation, the customer should send a letter to the e-mail address tellimus@teletorn.ee.
3.2. The confirmed reservation can be changed or canceled by the customer free of charge up to 7 work days before the date of the confirmed event.
3.3. In case of cancellation of a confirmed reservation 6 to 3 days before the date of the event, the customer must pay 50% of the cost of the booked services, from which the advance payment made at the time of placing the order is deducted. TV Tower will issue an invoice to the customer for the additional payment.
3.4. In the case of cancellation of a confirmed reservation 2 to 0 days before the date of the agreed event, the customer must pay 100% of the cost of the booked services, which is deducted from the order advance payment made upon submission. TV Tower will issue an invoice to the customer for the additional payment.
3.5. If the reservation is canceled by the TV Tower, the amount paid in advance will be returned to the customer as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 work days from the day of sending the notice of cancellation of the reservation.
4. Billing for the reservation
4.1. For the reservation confirmed by the customer, the TV Tower presents the customer with an advance payment invoice in the amount of 30% of the total amount of the order.
4.2. If the invoice is not paid by the due date stated on the prepaid invoice, the reservation confirmed by the TV Tower will lose its validity.
4.3. TV Tower will issue an invoice in the amount of 70% of the cost of the reservation confirmed by the customer after the event, within 2 work days at the latest.
5. Other conditions
5.1. If the customer has also submitted a catering order to the TV Tower for the booked event, the conditions described above will also apply to that part of the order.
5.2. Disagreements regarding the reservation will be resolved through negotiations between the customer and the TV Tower.
5.3. In the event of the customer and the TV Tower not reaching an agreement regarding disagreements, it will be resolved in the Harju County Court in accordance with the Estonian law.
5.4. The conditions described above are considered an integral part of the reservation confirmed by the customer and the TV Tower.
