Contact Historians
The goal of the educational program is to introduce students various sources of information with historical value. By completing the program, students will learn to recognize different information sources around them and acquire skills on how to use them. We will explore TV Tower as a historical source with Eti (TV Tower mascot) serving as a guide to different information sources. The stained glass window “Television is a window to the world” will be examined as a historical information source. On the observation deck of the 21st floor we will take a look at the city of Tallinn, identify surrounding historical sources and see how the area around TV Tower looked 500 years ago. At the end of the lesson we will create our own historical information source, a book titled “Myself.”
