ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
The aim of the programme is to develop the digital skills and social responsibility of pupils for everything a young person leaves behind on the internet.
After the programme a pupil knows how to use smart devices responsibly. We talk about digital hygiene, screen time, a safe selfie, phone fraud and scams. We also show how a pupil can help parents and grandparents protect themselves against swindlers who use various digital channels to reach their goals.
The programme also gives pupils the knowledge to use a smartphone for quality content creation. We teach how to take beautiful photographs, talk about lifehacks and practise storytelling through pictures. During the programme we photograph the views from the 21st floor of the TV Tower and make social media posts with the TV Tower hashtag.
What makes the programme unique is the chance to take photographs from 170 to 175 metres up, the remarkable view over Tallinn, the sea, the forest and the city, and the way smartphone photography is combined with teaching about digital safety.
